L.I.F.T. Youth aims to help develop young minds by engaging, mentoring and training them, introducing them to knowledge and skills that they might not learn in their everyday day activities in school.
Our programs include culinary skills training; health and wellness which consists of martial arts training, yoga, basketball, and bowling; business etiquette; and one-on-one mentoring.
